Business automation agency in London

Automate the work
around the work.

We build custom workflows that capture incoming work, validate information, update your systems, route tasks, generate outputs and notify people when review is needed.

01Requirements mapped
02Baseline agreed
03Delivery scoped
04Value measured

The expert decision may be fast. Preparing it usually is not.

Teams lose capacity reading inputs, checking details, moving information between tools and chasing the next action.

We automate that preparation layer while keeping a named person in control of decisions, exceptions and anything that leaves the business.

A defined workflow with visible inputs, actions and safeguards.

We start with one repeated process that already has an owner, real volume and a clear cost when it is slow or inconsistent.

01

Document and case preparation

Turn incoming files into a cited workup your team can review.

  • Capture files and emails
  • Extract required fields
  • Check against your rules
  • Flag missing evidence
  • Route exceptions for review
  • Log every action
02

Lead and client intake

Move a new enquiry into the right system and the right hands without repetitive admin.

  • Capture the enquiry
  • Validate the details
  • Create or update the CRM
  • Assign the owner
  • Draft the next response
  • Notify the team
03

Operational handoffs

Keep statuses, tasks and records synchronised as work moves between people and tools.

  • Watch for a trigger
  • Apply business rules
  • Update connected systems
  • Generate documents or tasks
  • Escalate failed runs
  • Maintain an audit trail

50% less preparation time across 600+ live files.

Measured on a regulated document-verification workflow. The implementation remains in active monthly use. A new project gets its own baseline and success measure before we build.

Verification workup Human review required

Required agreement Found

Signed file located and cited for review

Invoice and order value Review

Proof of delivery Missing

Evidence request prepared for the case owner

Duplicate payment Clear

No matching payment found in the agreed lookback period

01Every conclusion points back to the evidence your team needs to check.

02Missing or conflicting information becomes a review item, not a hidden guess.

03The process owner keeps the final decision and a manual route remains available.

LOX also builds the interfaces people use around automated work.

These are product examples, not claims that every automation needs a new app. Most projects should work through the tools your team already uses.

SpeakFlo

Prove the solution before a wider commitment.

We scope the problem and requirements, then tailor a solution around the way your business actually works. Pricing reflects the delivery complexity, risk and measurable value the automation is expected to add.

What you receive A scoped solution, contained pilot and evidence for the rollout decision

Your team can test the solution in real work without committing to a full implementation. A wider rollout only proceeds when the pilot result supports it.

Scope your workflow

Repeated often. Painful enough. Clear enough to measure.

Strong project signals

  • A named person owns the current process.
  • The same steps happen every week.
  • Inputs and outcomes can be reviewed.
  • Delays, errors or handoffs have a visible cost.
  • The team can provide representative test cases.

Not ready for automation

  • The process changes every time it runs.
  • No one owns decisions or exceptions.
  • The problem is only a vague request to "add AI".
  • There is no access to systems or test data.
  • A core platform replacement is required first.

Practical questions.

Do we need AI in every step?

No. We use normal automation for deterministic steps and AI only where the workflow needs to interpret unstructured text, documents or conversations. Reliability matters more than adding AI everywhere.

Will we need to replace our current tools?

Usually not. We first assess the workflow, systems and available integrations. The recommended scope will show what can stay, what needs connecting and whether any core system is genuinely blocking the result.

What happens when the automation is uncertain or fails?

We define human approval points, a manual fallback, failure notifications and activity logs. The process owner can see what happened and take over when a case falls outside the agreed rules.

Are software and API fees included?

No. Third-party software, API and usage fees are separate. Nothing is purchased without your approval.

How is the project scope agreed?

We map the requirements, establish the current operational baseline and identify the measurable value of improving it. We then tailor the solution, price the proposed work against its complexity and value, and agree a contained pilot before any wider commitment.

What should your team stop doing manually?

You do not need a finished brief. Share the process, frequency, impact and tools involved. We will review the opportunity and reply with the right scoping questions.
