Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 26, 2026. This page explains what information LOX Digital collects through this website and how it is used.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect the details you provide, such as name, email address, phone number, project topic, and message.
If you use the LOX Studio AI assistant, we process the messages you send, the current page, and your UK or US site preference so the assistant can provide a relevant response. The current conversation is kept in session storage in your browser so it can continue while that browser tab remains open. Please do not include passwords, payment details, health information, or other sensitive data.
How we use your data
We use submitted information to respond to enquiries, discuss potential projects, and provide requested services. We do not sell personal data.
AI assistant messages are used to generate a response, help you understand which LOX service may fit, and prepare a short project summary when you choose to book a call or continue on WhatsApp. The assistant may be inaccurate, so important project decisions are confirmed with a person.
Data sharing
Data may be processed by trusted infrastructure providers used to run this site and its enquiry workflows. These include Netlify for hosting and forms, OpenAI for AI assistant responses, and Cal.com for scheduling. If you choose the WhatsApp option, the project summary is placed into a WhatsApp message for you to review before sending. These providers process data only as required to deliver the feature you choose, subject to their own privacy terms.
Analytics and cookies
With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4, PostHog, the Meta Pixel, the TikTok Pixel, and the OpenAI Ads Pixel to understand visits, campaign attribution, website interactions, and completed enquiries or bookings. PostHog may also provide privacy-masked session replay so we can identify usability problems. Form inputs and booking details are masked from replay.
Optional analytics storage is disabled unless you accept analytics. When accepted, Meta, TikTok, and OpenAI may receive campaign identifiers, browser identifiers, IP address, browser information, and the page where the action happened. Conversion events may be sent from both your browser and our server using a shared event identifier to prevent double-counting. We use a functional market preference cookie to show UK or US content and pricing. Campaign parameters may be retained after consent so an enquiry can be attributed to the relevant advertisement.
We also count requests for the LOX Launch page at our hosting edge so we can compare advertising clicks with pages actually delivered. This request count does not set an analytics cookie, does not include advertising click identifiers, and does not create a visitor profile. It records only the page, time, market, referrer domain, and non-personal campaign or advert identifiers supplied in the URL.
When you accept analytics and submit an enquiry form, contact details such as your name, email address, or phone number may be normalised and securely hashed for conversion matching with Meta and Google Ads. Raw contact details are not included in campaign URLs or PostHog session recordings. Hashing supports matching but does not make the information anonymous, so we send it only after analytics consent.
Data retention
Enquiry data is retained only as long as needed for project communication, legal obligations, or business record-keeping.
LOX does not create a persistent server-side database of AI assistant transcripts. The browser copy is limited to the current session. A short project summary becomes part of the relevant Cal.com booking or WhatsApp conversation only when you choose that action. Infrastructure providers may retain limited operational or security logs under their own retention policies.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting pobor@loxdigital.com.
