01 / The opportunity
Translate the warmth of the brand into an ecommerce experience.
Orchid's Tea needed a storefront that felt as considered as the products themselves. A standard template would not communicate the colour, movement and personality behind the brand or create the sense of trust needed to buy and gift online.
02 / The direction
Treat every interaction as part of the product story.
LOX Digital created a unique visual system, wrote the website copy and used custom motion to guide visitors through the range. Ecommerce, gifting and payment flows sit inside the same warm, editorial experience rather than feeling like separate utilities.
03 / What LOX delivered
Custom ecommerce design and responsive storefront
Original brand-led page layouts and product storytelling
Custom animations and transition system
Gift card purchasing and redemption journey
Secure payment integration and checkout flows
Website copy, testing and launch support
04 / Client perspective
Pobor didn't just design a website for my business, he translated exactly what was in my head onto the screen. From our first call, he understood the mood and warmth I intended to communicate. Every colour, every transition, every word of copy feels intentional and true to the brand. He took the time to really listen instead of pushing a generic template, and the result feels like me. Communication was great throughout and my vision and essence was brought to life even better than I could've described it. If you want a team that treats your brand like their own, Lox Digital is who you need!
05 / The result
A storefront with its own point of view.
The finished site brings the founder's intended mood to life while supporting the practical work of selling products, taking payments and offering gift cards. The result is recognisably Orchid's Tea rather than a brand placed into a generic ecommerce template.
