Most meeting tools organise a call after it ends. SpeakFlo needed to help during the meeting without adding a visible bot or forcing people to change how they use Zoom, Teams, Meet or Webex. That meant solving audio capture, low-latency transcription, private guidance and reliable post-meeting processing as one connected product.

LOX Digital designed and built SpeakFlo around the full meeting lifecycle. The desktop app captures the selected audio and shows private, contextual guidance. The realtime backend grounds answers in the user's own documents and playbooks. After the call, the web app stores a searchable transcript and turns the conversation into a structured summary, decisions and action items.
